Technical Services Office strives to provide and maintain a convenient campus environment. Through the continuous coordination with QU community, it establishes an effective and efficient operation, maintenance and renovation of building facilities, while balancing the financial and technical constraints with aesthetic and historical concerns.
The main functions of this office include, but not limited to:
Operation, maintenance and renovations of civil works
Utilities Infrastructure management
Operation, maintenance and renovations of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works
Development and implementation of control systems
Soft & Hard landscaping
Provision and maintenance of campus furniture
Allocation and management of campus spaces
