The Institutional Accreditation section leads and coordinates the effort to seek institutional accreditation, and supports all QU units by providing guidance on the improvement of services and procedures and on the documentation of unit-related activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promotes a deep understanding of accreditation requirements, and informs QU leadership, colleges, and departments about such requirements.
- Identifies the information that is required for institutional accreditation.
- Coordinates data-gathering responsibilities as needed and appropriate within the university community.
- Revises and compiles the information that is required for accreditation, and prepares the accreditation application for submission.
- Acts as a liaison to the accrediting body officers.
