Welcome from the Head of the Department of Chemical Engineering
On behalf of our faculty, staff, and students, welcome to the Department of Chemical Engineering at Qatar University.
We serve our community by educating and training undergraduate and graduate students in the field of Chemical Engineering. Our full time faculty member lead research efforts in energy, water, gas processing, environmental, nanomaterials, biochemical engineering, and sustainability.
Our Department of Chemical Engineering is ranked of the top 151-200 according to QS world Ranking.
The Chemical Engineering program is an ABET accredited program which means that it meets global standards.
We have several programs:
B. Sc. in Chemical Engineering
M. Sc. in Gas Engineering
M. Sc. in Environmental Engineering
PhD. in Chemical Engineering
