The National Center for Educational Development (NCED) was established in 2010 on the premise that educators require continuous learning built on evidence-based research and current best-practices to help educators adopt and implement new practices in their educational environment. In the autumn of 2011, the Center began to operate by implementing the school-based learning program in light of recommendations from a team combines experts from Texas A&M University, U.S.A and Qatar University.
