The college of health Sciences will accept transfer students based on the below requirements:

- MEDI 101

| General Health | Open for non-health cluster students (from other colleges even from Arts and Technical tracks) - Minimum GPA is 3.00 and above.
- Total credit hours preferable not more than 33CHs.
- Complete at least two science courses from the below list with minimum grade B: (BIOL 101,BIOL 110, MATH 101, MATH 103, STAT 101, STAT 220, STAT 151, and CHEM 101/103)

The selection will be competitive and limited to the capacity of each program, so the higher the score is, the greater the opportunity for being accepted.
Minor Program

| Food Safety Minor Program- Department of Human Nutrition | Open to QU Female registered students - Students registered in the Human Nutrition major cannot take the minor in Food Safety
- A minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS OR A minimum score of 61 in TOEFL OR ACCUPLACER ESL
- The students should have one basic chemistry course (from the core or part of the major courses)
- The language of instruction is English
