Nomination Guidelines A student should fill in the online nomination application on myBanner Self-Service System.A student must nominate him/herself to one award category only and must fill in a curriculum vitae (CV) template and submit it along with the nomination application.10% of the nominee’s total evaluation will be given to his/her academic performance (e.g. A student with a GPA of 3.5/4 will be given 8.5%).A student may ask for recommendation letters from QU faculty and/or staff members. General Conditions The nominee must be active either in Fall or Spring semesters during the academic year of application.The nominee should have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50/4.00 for the previous two semesters prior to nomination.The nominee shouldn’t have been subject to disciplinary action (dismissal or warning) during the last two semesters.A student who has previously won an award is not eligible to apply again for the same award category.
