Papers are accepted in both Arabic and English languages
Papers for participation in the EEITC 24 conference can be submitted in the following categories:
Extended Abstract/Short Paper (1-2 pages )
Full Papers (4-8 pages)
Work-in-Progress Papers (4-5 pages)
Graduate and Senior Student Posters (1-2 pages)
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted ones will be included in the conference program only provided at the conference. All full papers submissions will subject to a double-blind reviewing process.

Extended abstract of a maximum of two pages can be submitted in either Arabic or English. The accepted abstracts can be extended to full papers that will be published in special issues in well-reputed journals.
The EEITC24 uses a hybrid conference model to ensure effective interaction between participants. Participants with an accepted abstract(s) and unable to travel will be given the option to present their work through live stream presentation via Videoconference platform or pre-recorded virtual presentation.

Publication & Indexing
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be included in the major database, as well as selected papers will be considered for well-reputed international journals.
Conference Language
The official languages of the conference are Arabic and English. Translation and interpreting services will be available for the opening ceremony.
Pre/Post-Conference Workshops can provide participants with an opportunity to extend their knowledge and strengthen their skills in the area addressed by the workshop. These sessions provide additional time for interaction with participants.
Pre/Post-conference Workshops will provide a collaborative, active learning environment for the attendees.
All proposals for Pre/Post-Conference Workshops at EEITC 24 must be submitted electronically no later than November 20th, 2023 , through the conference submission web site or via email EEITC@qu.edu.qa. Each person involved in the session must be added as an author in the EasyChair submission.
The proposal text should provide the following information:
Contact information for each anticipated facilitator(s)
Goal(s) of the Pre/Post-Conference Workshop and how these goals align with the goals of EEITC 24.
Description of topics/subjects/content of the workshop (approximately 100-200 words)
Short bio of the workshop facilitator (approximately 100-200 words)
Workshop agenda
Description of the anticipated audience and the maximum number of participants
The initially submitted proposal for a pre/post-conference workshop will be reviewed to determine if it is an appropriate fit for the EEITC 24 conference.
