Call for Abstracts

-  Oral Presentations for research Submission

Abstracts are submitted through the online submission tool.

Abstact Guidelines:

Please note that the following information must be included for accurate and timely processing:

    • Title
    • Author's names and affiliates
    • The corresponding author's name and email address
    • The type of presentation: oral or poster
    • An abstract of maximum 350 words
    • A short biography of the first author/presenter of maximum 250 words (for oral presentations only)
    • Acceptable file formats are .doc/.docx/PDF   

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINES 

    Oral presentations are 15 minutes in duration followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers. Similarly themed sessions will be grouped together and facilitated by a moderator. Your presentation will be included in a 90-minute themed session.

    Posters are a useful way to communicate ideas about innovative approaches and research findings.

    POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

      • Posters must be A0 in size and must be in portrait.
      • Please bring your printed poster with you.
      • You will be responsible for mounting the poster to your assigned location.

    The Best Three Poster Presentations Award

    There will be a poster session at the conference and this award is dedicated to the poster presenters in the conference. The best 3 poster presentations will be selected among all the researchers in the session.

    Criteria for The Best Poster Presentation Award

    Each poster presentation will be evaluated by a panel of researchers based on the criteria below.

    The presentation with the highest score will be chosen as the recipient of the Best Poster Presentation Award. The final score will be given out of 100.

      • Depth of Content (40%)
      • Introduction and Abstract (10%)
      • Content knowledge and organization (20%)
      • Poster Design and Overall Visual Appeal (15%)
      • Verbal Interaction (15%)

    The award distribution  will be as follows:

      • First place : 2000QR
      • Second place: 1500QR
      • Third place : 1000QR

    Review Process

    Submitted papers will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The acceptance decision will take into account novelty, technical depth, relevance and practical or theoretical impact. The authors will be notified of the decision by the specified date, and all accepted authors will receive an official support letter from the organizing team in order to proceed with the visa application, if they require one.
