Phase II: Comprehensive proposal - Detailed Development: The comprehensive proposal is developed using the appropriate form and undergoes an in-depth review at the department and college levels. - College Council and QU Health Review: Post-college approval, QU Health Curriculum Enhancement Committee evaluates the proposal, potentially requesting revisions. - External Review: The AQD sends the proposal to external subject specialists for review, incorporating their feedback. Note: for graduate programs, concurrent review by the graduate committee is required. - Final approval Stages: The Academic Council reviews the proposal, followed by the Executive Management Committee.
