Digital Learning ePortfolio
ePortfolio is a common practice in general requirements courses. The integrative learning value rubrics developed by AACU have highlight the importance of "building connections among ideas and experiences to synthesizing and transferring learning to new, complex situations within and beyond the campus."
The current award is given to an exceptional ePortfolio that reflects on the completed CCP courses (3 or more) and how these helped the student integrate knowledge and grow as a life-long learner, critical thinker, and responsible citizen. The student needs to demonstrate how the interconnectedness of the different CCP courses taken helped them develop a better understanding of the world around them. The implication of the new perspective on shaping their active role in the society should be highlighted.
The award will also assess students’ digital competencies through their ability to develop creative ePortoflios. The portfolio can be done on any digital platform (website, digital document, ePortfolio programs…etc.) and must contain more than two genres (video, audio, PowerPoint, animation…etc.):
The student needs to demonstrate the use of contemporary hardware and software through their ePorfolio.
