The process for Masters and PhD applicants is to:
- obtain and submit unconditional acceptance letters from approved overseas Universities [see Universities page on this site]
- meet with the candidate's Head of Department and Dean to select the most appropriate program for the candidate and for the Department
- complete the MA or PhD Application form Sec_A [see Forms page]
- print the completed form and then sign it, scan it and send it to the Scholarships Office
- NOTE: in the future this form will be transmitted via the password secured QU portal
- after completing all of the above three tasks, visit the Scholarships Office [see Contact Us for directions]
- for an introduction to the Scholarships Office staff and to initiate the paperwork
- for the presentation of the original signed application form to the Scholarships Offic
