    Description:

    The IT Services Department provides System and Network Security Assessments for departments that request them. After mutual agreements on the parameters and scope of the assessment, we will execute a test plan provide a detailed report of our findings. All such requests and associated reports are considered private and confidential.

    Note: ALL systems hosted in the ITS data center undergo an initial assessment prior to deployment. Periodic assessments are then conducted at various intervals depending on the security classification of the system(s) and the findings are reported to the appropriate party.

    • Business Hours – Service available and supported.
    • After Hours – Only if a critical issue is identified and requires immediate attention

    Service Exclusions:

    Vulnerability scanning is restricted to systems that are deployed and managed within the bounds of the QU network. External or cloud based services are out of scope.

    Description:

    ITS provides technology/solution consultation for various Colleges and Departments.

    Any Solution that is not supported by QU- ITS infrastructure and polices.
