The Institutional Quality Management section oversees the process of Business Process Management (BPM). BPM is a systematic method of examining existing business processes and implementing improvements, in order to make workflows more effective and efficient. This helps to ensure the smooth operation of QU processes and their alignment to university strategy, provides useful insights, and improves the quality of the collective work instructions that are an essential component of all business processes.
The main goal and outcome of implementing BPM at QU is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QU processes for all stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff members, and external stakeholders, in terms of cost, time, and quality.
