Mission
The Field Experience and Internship Supervision Prepares CED students to Successfully Complete their Field Experience and Internship Hours in Diverse and Unique Instructional Environments with Quality Supervision, Close Partnerships with the Educational Institutions Using the Best Supervision Practices and Professional Feedback that Supports Students Learning.
Objectives
- Develop Policies and Procedures for the Placement and Supervision of CED Students During the Field Experiences or Internship.
- Facilitate the Student’s Preparation for Field Experience and Internships though an Instructional Program Focusing on the Various Educational Environments.
- Provide Support for Students to Enable them to Overcome the Difficulties that may Face During Field Experience or Internship.
- Encourage the Concept of Partnership in the Preparation of Teachers at the College of Education by Working Cooperatively with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
- Develop Course Syllabi and Teaching Strategies by Providing the College of Education with Feedback about the Field Experience and Internship Programs.
